ATTENTION OSS CORP (it's long)

Ok Folks I got thinking. I am going to make a complexe for OSS (Open Source Scripting) It's gonna be a "store" if you will, with scripts objects whatever. Kinda like a DealsDirect. Everything will be put in boxes (cubes) so that the loading time will be fast. I will also offer custom anything (i'm gonna need help for this). So the basic is that, you don't come in to shop, you come in to buy...
oh ya I will buy scripts that I don't want to make

EX:Like say you are selling a closed object (no edit or mod) I will offer to buy it for a good price (depending on the object) like 1000 to 5000 to be able to sell this object to the public.

So that ppl who do not want to script... or texture... or make objects will have options found here! The prices will be low, so that we can sell alot and make everybody happy. Like lets say one week have a clearence on LightSabers like 20$ a pop instead of 80$.

I will have a mailbox in the store so that you 'll be able to drop me an order.

This is going to be a store with no display! Only boxes.... you will come in wanting a door script. find the box that says DOOR SCRIPT 20$. Click to buy. And then IN the box there would be a couple of scripts (Like the Lindens do)

I will also be "renting space" for cheap. Like 50$ a week to put your own BOXED product. (Nada would make millions!)

Anyways tell me what you think, suggestions, wanting a space, I have not yet stated building... but give me your ideas and what you would like to see.

The store will always be open. And yes I will alow if you decide to rent space... to put your voting booth!

This was posted after I converted the lower floors of the OSS dance club into a giant sales floor but the general ideas remain with some tweakin. If Nash wants to open a second OSS store he can. But he seemed to like the ideas around the one I made up.

Boxes are going to be used but in one area, textures need to be on Law Murphy's style display racks so they can be previewed and browsed. If you dont want to buy the display racks you can work something out with us and I might rent a display to you. As I can probably retain ownership of the rack but still have it pay you. So as no one can cheat and steal the other textures on the rack and no one can steal the display script. I will be offering free rent for a undetermined period of time, no less then a week from now. Until I work out details as far as rent plots and rates. each renter will have a plot they can fill with reasonable priced items. Not rented by a per item basis. You supply your own display, but as the store gets populated please match everyone else. Think Building Codes

All scripts must be in a box if sold as a script. A picture example (screenshot) on the box of the object it controls might serve as a sellin point.

If you want space please talk to me first as I will delete and keep track of who places items where and if they arranged first to place them.

Feel free to check out the displays that are there now. I have 125 textures on display. Mostly all brought in world by me recently. Some may be of texture bundles from elsewhere. I had a mess in my inventory and hoped that I weeded out all mine into one area.
Some may have slipped through of other peoples.

I want to do architectural textures, count me it.... er... who wants my textures? I mean, which store shall I stick em in or shall they go to both?

Nash will be out today, but he is a member of the group and he seemed to like my shop and the ideas there, but if he wants a seperate shop he will make it. So for now mine is the only one up.

For the members of the OSS if you make really cool sales racks and other decorations for the shop you will get a decient cut of the profits

So contact me in world after about 8pm, I want to get with Law Murphy and see if I can tweak the script in the texture displays so that I can own the displays but you(seller) get the money from the sales, not me.

If you build your own stuff you will make the profits! but if you help me... I won't pay you... but I rather call it profit sharing. If the profit is high you get lots of money... if it's low not as much... The store is build but not complet. I will put up a sign tonight at the welcome area that gives out landmark. The store is at my place.

I do need help in creating a system (well more like putting in place) on the method of payment for the creators. Come see me and i'll explain. I also need some ppl to gather stuff... textures, scripts and objects. More info tonight... come see me... i'll be on at 4pst or in my case 7est SHARP!

P.S. can you have more then one group? I want to make a group for the store but I don't want to leave OSS.
