So called "dynamic reflections" are in the experimental stages right now by Linden Lab. Aside from that, reflections are not possible in SL.

There is a totally cool way to fake it, though.
Go visit Avilion Ballroom (or Gardens, or something). Notice how the ballroom floor reflects the walls and ceiling?
