Builders Beware

BUILDERS BEWARE!.
I just got this instant message from [edited] saying he wants me to join his company. His offer is that i would make 60% of the profits off each house that I sell, when i make 100% now. He also states that his company grosses over 2000usd a year when he only joined this July. So builders, if you get a message from [edited], ignore him or if you wish, mess with his mind!

Also, threads that are addressed to a single individual or group are inappropriate on the forums, this includes slander or "naming names" in a posts title, starting polls about a particular resident or group, etc.
