As a small experiment in scripting (and texture making), I will establish a psuedo-Linden Federal Reserve. I will "produce" LBs in modified American Currency (Sorry to all users outside of the United States) and will run the exchange rates against that of the US Dollar. Beginning currencies "produced" will be LB, US Dollar, British Pound, the Euro, and the Japanese Yen. Don't worry, purchasing LBs in graphical form wont be 1 for 1. Example, a wad of 1000 LBs (in 100-dollar bills) would cost 50 LBs (digital form, lol). Course, nobody really has to do anything, cause this is mostly an experiment (for me) in textures and scripting (for the Big Board), lol. Not exactly what you mean by this, but this would be just a little game over the course of two, three weeks. Think of it like one of those virtual stock exchange things. You e-mail me your order, and i "process" it by 10 pm that evening. The winner (the person who has the most money at end of "game" once converted back into LBs) then recieves a nice leather attache case with 1/2 million (US dollar amount) in any of the currencies traded of their choice. (For example, if you want your cash in Euros, then it would be the Euro equivilant of 1/2 million dollars US). Trade orders will not be accepted till the open house of the SL FOREX office (still trying to sort out that one, lol)
