Just wondering is it possible to span one texture over four prims if so how do you do it? I'm doing the flooring in a place and when I place the texure seperatly on each prim you can see lines.

To span a texture across four prims you can put the texture on all prims and then set the texture repeat value to 0.25 for each prim. Horizontal or vertical repeat.. whichever is needed. Then you need to adjust the horizontal or vertical offset value in each prim to make them form one giant texture that spans all four prims.

If it's one texture over four prims in a 2x2 square, it's 0.5 repeats H and V with +/- 0.25 offsets for each.

Something I get with my corner shaded floor textures, is a dark line showing on the light edges. Changing repeats to 0.99 or so (until they go) fixes this. This is due to some blending of the texture over the edges.

If the lines are a problem and just showing in certain directions, you can also maybe flip half the textures to push the lines to the outside edges where they won't look so bad.

Hard to say without seeing the specific problem.
