Builder Needed - Previous References a Must!

Hello all,
I am currently seeking a qualified builder for one of my parcels. The general overview of this is that this build will serve as a themed restaurant for visitors to come and hang out. We will also be developing a stylized line of clothing for visitors to enjoy while they visit. I am looking for this to be in the works immediately, and welcome any responses via IM or here. Posts like this belong in the Help Wanted forum. That's what it's there for. As it clearly states in the description of this form, the Building forum here is for discussing techniques, for education, not for placing advertisements. The people who frequent this forum are generally those in need of training (not qualified to help you) and those who enjoy teaching (qualified, but likely not interested). Those who are both qualified AND interested look for work on the Help Wanted forum and the Products Wanted forum. They don't look here because that's not what this forum is for.

SL has lots of legitimate avenues for advertising; this is not one of them. When you hijack an educational forum to advertise your own interests, all you do is annoy people. Most people don't appreciate spam.

I'd suggest instead of deliberately posting in the wrong place, and then asking the mods to do your job for you, you do what's best for all concerned all by yourself; just mosey on over to Help Wanted, and place your ad there. Good luck.
