Hello everyone!

I'm hoping someone here can help me with this issue/question that I have. I am being challenged to building an underground city and would love to get rid of the Linden water completely on this sim. I've seen someone remove Linden water before using a script of some sort. Can someone please tell me how this is done and where I can find this script? Thank you kindly in advance!

If you own the entire SIM you can lower the water to zero. otherwise, not.

A trick is to make sure that you have thick ceilings or floors or other structuers wherever the sea level is. Basically, underwater is a little darker and a little quieter than above water, but there are not a lot of other differences. If you put a room entirely underwater, and disguise the actual surface, then people are likely to experience that as being in an underground room.

I'll add one trick to this there is a "remove water" feature that works somewhat like the cloud feature in yoru advanced/debug menu. This however is not perfect, turn it on and cam around you will see I think the surface water but underwater is as clear as day. I'd give the exact key strokes but am not in world. I can say the menu you need is accessed by pressing cltr-alt-shift-d if you do nto already have that opened. Also turning off water turns it off just like cloud cover so if they warp to another water sim it's gonna be the same look till turned back on.

Also scripts that detect water level continue to work regardless as you have only removed the visual not the actual. Boats, subs, swimmers, etc will still work.

PS: DO NOT GUESS KEYSTROKES similiar keystrokes include making attachments, prims, objects, ground, tress, etc disappear. I learned the hard way. >_<
