its real simple. All you will need is the program sculptyspace. http://sculptyspace.com/using sculpty space you upload your sculpty into the program. go to the sculpty texture tab and all the way at the bottom theers a option saying "flip normals" this will invert your sculpty allowing you to apply a black color to is like a regular cellshader prim only without the transparent texture. it will function exactly like the other parts of a cell shaded prims. when you done flipping the normals resave the sculpty as examplename-inverted.tga or bmp and hit save. upload both the inverted and the regular sculpt and wala you now have a sculpty you can cell shade perfectly with only one prim. have fun.

Alternatively, you can just flip the sculpt map over in any image editing program.

yeah you two are right. But lately sculptyspace has not been getting much exposure so i thought i'd share my love for it.

First time I've heard of this program. I'll have to check it out. Still looking for a program that provides a true representation of what a sculpt will look like in-world. This sounds promising.
