allow a box to be "opened"

Okay, this may be the dumbest question on the forum.

I am making a gift box that I want the receiver to be able to click on an get the "open" window with the option to copy the contents to inventory, or just be able to right-click and select "open". However, when right-clicked the "open" option is not enabled.

This is driving me batty... I'm sure there is an obvious answer, but I can't figure it out. I'd appreciate any help you would oblige me with.

As soon as the receiver owns the box, assuming there is something inside, the "Open" option will appear. If the box has more than one prim, make sure that the contents are stored in the root prim.
