Most likely you're looking at two one-prim walls that both have partially transparent textures on them. OpenGL has a long-standing bug that screws up the sorting order when two alpha textures are in the same line of sight, and at diffeerent angles. The one that should be behind seems to pop in front of the other one. It's a rendering bug that you have to live with, I fear.

Well the problem was on the corner of the house.

Well I discovered that I had one prim that was a box.
it was hollowed out to leave two sides.
This was the edge of a cheap house i got.
I made the box just one side and used two prims and the problem has disappeared. Now my corner does not have this problem.
Each corner of the house has its separate prim instead of one prim.
I guess the creator was trying to save prims.
