Making an tortured egg

Hi there.

This is my first thread on the SL forums. I recently saw a very nice looking tortured prim, and was wondering if anyone knows how to torture a prim to look like it.

It is an egg-shaped prim. Seems to be a torus shape, with the Y- Hole size set to 0.50. The key difference is that the top of the prim is shrunk down to nearly a point. It is still rounded, but the top does not have any semblance of a hole in it.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to torture a prim to make this shape I would very much appreciate it. Thanks.

Start by strapping it to a chair and yelling at it "Bad Prim... Bad Prim".
Then convince it your it friend and that you would never hurt it.

When it starts to open to up to you slap it hard...

Hm, thanks for the idea. From reading this, I was inspired to create a full egg-shape by: taking a Torus, turning up the Hole Size values all the way, and Twisting the prim 43 degrees at both Beginning and End. Then just adding a Sphere to the dimpled end of the resulting shape, and resizing one of the prims (I chose the torus) until they match up.

I think I'd be baffled if I could see a complete egg as a single prim. Maybe that's not what you meant?
