does any know why this happen

I am building adjusting my new prim plants.
Suddenly I get this strange dialog screen from nowhere.
Luckly I had friend who suggested I try ctrl shift 3 it stops he said its enable texture console.
He says he not sure what it does but now I am curious waht is enable texture console and how did this weird screen appear in first place and what does it mean?
Anyone know?

Cats are terrible at typing.

that is the texture console for debugging. You might have hit the key combo Ctrl-Shift-3. there are several other ones.
