In a fit of boredom today I extended the Jinnyhaus by a floor, and now have some spare space.

So if anyone is looking for a cheap flat to rent, or knows a newb who does, drop me an IM :-). The Jinnyhaus includes a private pool, bar and dancefloor.

(hmmm, maybe $80 a week and 50+ prims depending on what I'm using?)
