Event description: When we see all kinds of descriptions of out-of-body experiences, we are usually impressed on how much similar they sound - this has been going on at least since Jung did some research on them.

In a way, being online in Second Life IS an out-of-body experience: our minds are together in cyberspace, but our own bodies aren't. We interact with other people, on a different world, and get all sorts of emotions/feelings - but we are not "really here". So, technically, SL is really a "dream place", something that doesn't exist in the physical sense of the word, but that all of us "experience" - together!

Join us for some weird thinking in the lovely City of Neualtenburg! This event's proceedings will be donated to DEC, an association of the major UK charities, who is raising funds to help the victims of the tsunamis in Asia. For more information, visit http://www.dec.org.uk
