Strife, am i assuming that the disclaimer you posted is noted for said class and chat logging?

if so, i would imagine it should be alright to repost the chat log. don't quote me on that though.. it may be wise to ask Jeska via PM first.

The probelm might be... what if someone came to the class late and didn't hear the announcement? Their continued presense would not necessarily constitute agreement.

Now if there was a big sign at the front of the class, flashing and blinging, that said "A TRANSCRIPT OF THIS CLASS WILL BE POSTED ON THE FORUMS, BY STAYING HERE YOU IMPLY CONSENT" then I'd bet it would be okay.

I ment it as a disclaimer to be sent as a dialog box to all attenders of an event, and it would be monitored as to send the box to each attendie as they showed up.

not as a comment for this thread... (i didn't think it would be interpred as an ok for this thread; i had just gotten up).

Sorry for trudging up a dead topic, but that solution actually might be useful. You could even set it up to teleport people home if they clicked 'no' or 'ignore'(via timer), as an extra measure. XD
