Hi!

I'm trying to get that some changes happen in a prim when an avatar sits on it (using 'change'), but I want that when the AV right clicks the prim and then sit, the appearance of the AV is not sitted on the prim but stands up on it.

I don't know how to get that. Could you give me some guidance?

Thanks.

You're looking for something with poseball functionality, essentially - replace the usual sitting animation with a standing one, and have the sit target placed at the right height so it looks more or less correct. Search the Scripting Library forum as well as this one, there should be a few open poseball scripts around that could be used.

Ok, but is there a built-in stand-up pose or gesture or animation?

  1. Request animation permissions
  2. Stop the sit animation
  3. Start some other animation
