How hard would it be to script something that acts like a real MP3 player in SL. I put in full songs into an object and touch said object, have a menu come up with what's in (song wise) and have it play whatever. Help?

Audio clips in SL are limited to 10 seconds each to prevent you from uploading entire songs for just this reason. So you'd have to upload the songs as 10 second clips and play them in order. Is that possible? Yeah. Is it practical? Not really...

The new changes to the parcel music system means you can now do that with an external site as well, you just need a list of the available files and a menu system.
