Need a tipping system that will track the person being tipped

I am in need of a tipping system that will checck to see who is being tipped and then disperse a percentage of that tip to the owner of the venue.

In other words. I have a club in SL and I have employees. They recieve money (tips) and I get 20% of what they receive. I've seen this done in-word but can't seem to find anyplace that sells the solution and I can't find any scripts about it in the forums.

I need help!! I am opeing this Saturday and have no way of tracking my employees and thier earnings.

Also I would like to be able to modify it so I can keep track of hours worrked at the club. This would be for my salary employees.

If you are wanting this scripted then this should be in the products wanted section, im not targeting or singling you out in particular but there are becoming alot more "Make me this" (obviously not phrased like that) threads and its starting to hack me off.
