HI,
Just a quick question.
If I had a vehicle in my inventory, could I retrieve it, and use it on no-build areas?

If the vehicle becomes 'worn' as an attachment, then yes, you can use it on ANY land.

You can drive it on no-build land provided object entry is also enabled, but you must rez it on build enabled land. Confused? You will be.
