llSetParcelMusicURL Bug Workaround

I have discovered a bug in llSetParcelMusicURL in my radios.

If an avatar is sitting, the URL will change correctly, but the seated avatar will not be affect by the changes. Leaving land and returning will correct the stream, but pushing STOP then PLAY retains the previous stream.

Jason Keegan suggested an llUnSit workaround could work, but we agreed that may not be the best thing for folks "chillin" at home or as guests.

Any ideas why llSit blocks stream changes at the local machine?

My only workaround thus far is a Readme listing this as "Known Bug" and adding a line in the help menu "You MUST be standing to use this radio".

well I could add listen support to my sits balls. SO when people change stations the chairs could be message to make every one stand. :\

I reported this to Linden Labs several months ago !!!

I guess they'll fix it any year now
