LSL for Dummies?

I've played around with existing scripts enough now to be able to ask: Is there a site or two with comprehensive scripting-for-beginners information? I'm not a coder by trade, but I think I may be able to figure out one or two tricks. :) I have many things I want to do and don't really know where to begin.

Have you taken the SL Basic and Intermediate Scripting classes inWorld?

Oooh, I haven't taken an in-game course yet because I haven't seen it listed. I'll be sure to keep my eyes peeled for it. Thanks for the link too :)

Hank Ramos also holds occasional Scripting 101 and 102 classes at USL, in-world. USL is University of Second Life, in Phobos. Check the event listings for upcoming classes.

I do occasional scripting 101 classes, but if you've already been fiddling, it probably won't help you any...

Look at the "new script" script, and if you understand it, then go to Hank's intermediate.
