I was wondering what the limit to llHTTPRequests is. Not the number, as that is listen in the wiki, but the extent of that number.

Is it limited to 20 per script, 20 per sim, 20 per land, 20 per script owner, etc.

Is that right? From what I heard it was only 20 per parcel, reguardless of owner?

Yes. It's 20 per owner per region per 100 seconds. This information is on the Wiki, BTW... (not sure why the OP implied it wasn't).

Definitely false. That would make it far too unreliable and easy to sabotage for it to be of any use. I've done 60 requests per 100 seconds before by deploying objects with different owners, and it worked just fine. Finally, a use for all your alts... :D

I posted a while ago about several people experiencing throttling at anything > 10 in 100 seconds, but never had anyone confirm they did better than this. I haven't for a while.

Can anyone confirm 20 in 100 is now working?

I would also like to ask if anyone know what kind of load this puts on the sim?? Maybe test around with different sized returns. Is 5 seconds just a precaution or LL could prolly move it up to 3 without any problems? etc.. For the guy who ran multiple objects with multiple http requests did you see any lag or anything?

Below is a link to a script based HTTP throttling system that follows exactly what LL has laid out for us, including the moving bucket window:

Enjoy! :p

I've just run 155 calls to 2 seperate databases, 3 seconds between each, and never hit the fence.
