Just testing scripts and loopsounds/stuff , so i was doing it on hud so i could test it anywhere, noticed llLoopSound never wanted to start when it was on hud, bug?

This happens to me. I use llPlaySound. According to my observation, it happens by depending on parcels. I can listen to it while I'm in my land, but can't while I'm in MaHoRoBa, a shopping mall. Dropping it on the ground, it sounds. Weired.
