This isn't really a scripting issue, so you might get a better response elsewhere, but here goes anyway:
If you are a land owner, then I believe you can use parcel media to display simple (non-interactive) Flash content. To do that, decide on your "media texture" (it's the texture that will be replaced by the Flash content), then apply it to the object you want to display the content on. Right click the ground, and select "About Land", then go to the "Media Tab". Click "Set" (near the top right) and enter the URL of the Flash content you want to display. You probably want to set "Auto Scale" on too (it's a checkbox over to the left of the window).
When you've done that, you can close the window. If the Flash content is not appearing in world, then you may need to hit "play" on your media controls (bottom right). If it still doesn't play, then you might find the content is incompatible.
