Does anyone know what the heights are of the default avatars when newbies join SL? I could, of course go down to the Welcome area with a height measurement device and sample the various default avis (how many are there, can anyone remember?), but if someone already has this info it would free some time for more horizontal pursuits :)

I don't doubt you Simil, but I am surprised. I would have thought that there was one standard default height for the guys, and a diffent one for the girls. Certainly most poseballs seem to assume that there is a height differential between male and female avatars.

The default avatars are stored in your Library, so you can simply Ruth yourself and use a measuring device.

Oh, and I do doubt the '2m'. The newbie avatars definitely are different sizes. Not only different between guys and girls, but also different between avies of the same sex.
