Im very new to this second life game. Im wandering if anyone knows of any tutorials or can point me to the right direction on script making and making objects, creating a shop. I want to open a game hub maybe some multiplayer games. Im not sure where to even begin with what tools and language i code these in. Any help is greatly appreciated. thank you, mamaduke hegel.

The LSL wiki is what you need, click the link below to browse to it :

LSL is C-like, but is rather complicated as it lacks many of the features that we enjoy about C (and thus, many of C++....) such as struct, class, and arrays (though LSL has lists, which can serve the purpose of and array, but are much more difficult to work with).
Also note that scripts have limited memory and can't write to files (notecards) and have some advanced funtions that are easy in LSL but would be rather complicated in C++ (such as sending and recieving email).
LSL is also STATE and EVENT based and not top-down linear.

I'm new to scripting as well (but not so new to programming in general), but I would also recommend some of the classes that are held in SecondLife. Just do a Find for an event, select education as the category, and search for Scripting... You'll find many upcomming classes for beginners and advanced both. I attended one last night that was for those not familiar with programming, and in my opinion the instructor did a very good job teaching it...there were slides, examples, etc.... It ran for about an hour and a half. I'm looking forward to getting into some more classes and becomming a master scripter!

...and then...world domination!!! muahahahaha! okay okay...maybe just fridge with a working light....
