I've never seen one.. but I've uesd the llMapDestination function to open a LM on the map, the user would still have to click "teleport" tho.

Sim to sim teleportation has always been possible assuming:

1. Sims are next to eachother (sharing a border - not connected diagonally)
2. You use llSetPos

You just need to use global coordinates with llSetPos - the object that contains the sccript will move from one region to the other when you use global coordinates.

Here is a link that explains the technique:

The trick to getting this to work is finding your way from one sim to the next and then avoiding parcels that do not allow object entry or running scripts. These two factors make it impractical to have a general teleportation solution. The upside is that if you own the land in neighboring sims (or have some control over it), you can get sim to sim teleportation to work.

Might also want to scan through the cautions in the warpPos discussion thread... even *walking* across sim boundaries can be treacherous, so... well, Your Mileage May Vary.

Yes...in the couple of sim-to-sim teleportation systems I've set up...I've either:

1--Had a dual-jump (jump to edge of sim...walk across...jump to next edge

2--Scripted the "teleport beam" to actually "pause" on sim-cross for 3 seconds...then keep going.
