Needed: Non-Owner Window Tinting

I have a rental house that is more or less a plate glass extravaganza. It is all one linked object. I have a window-tint script that I put in when I lived there, but now that I have a tenant in the house, he needs to be able to privacy tint his windows without owning the house.

I've searched through SLEX and SLB but can't find what I need - everything seems to be owner-only, or really unnecessarily friends/group/notecard/chat-command complicated. I just want windows anyone can tint by touching a controller. Being able to have two controlers for all the same windows would be ideal.

I'm very happy to pay whatever for this as long as it works. Can someone point me to a script for sale, or sell me one in-game? I'm not logged in right now but will get IMs!

If you can read/edit your owner-only script, it probably has something like this in it:

touch_start(integer num)
{
    if (llDetectedKey(0) == llGetOwner())
    {
        // Do stuff
    }
}

You want to change that to...

touch_start(integer num)
{
    // Do stuff
}

I.e., take out the stuff in red.

If you post the script here, it should be a simple matter for someone to change it.
