ok once agine I am back from my verry long delay with once agine another scripting problem...

I am working on a Device that needs a Cable running from a backpack to a hand held device


I could bust dasie chain a few particles to make the effect but would like to try some of our new 1.10 tech here

Basicly im needing a flexprim to lean twards a given object

I have heard sugesstions of llApplyImpulse but been a while cence I messed with it and cant think of any case I used it in such a fashion

Can anyone help?

Flexprims have "Force X/Y/Z" properties to make them bend in a certain way, but I doubt you can calculate those in a way that they can follow an attachment. Another problem is, that the attachment does not know it's own position but only that of the avatar's body center. Particles seem to be the only option here.
