Email -> IM problems

Hi,

I have a question and I am not sure if it belongs here or in tech support.
When I send an email to IM it works fine if the recipient is offline , but if the recipient is online it gives an error.

it gives this:
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; Command died with status 100:
"/opt/linden/indra/tools/mailglue/mailglue --grid=agni --system=im
--rpcserver=http://xmlrpc.secondlife.com/cgi-bin/xmlrpc.cgi". Command
output: This email to instant message session has expired.

in 100% of the cases if the recipient is online.

Does that simply mean that this feature only works for messages to an offline resident? Or is this "not working as intended" ?
