getting up high really fast in safe zones for security.

How would i lift someone up to me in a safe zone extremely fast? I've seen this done before but i don't know how. i want to make script with which i can send someone a goto ball through their key if they're in the region using the Name2Key database. what function could i use to get them up quick that can go above 768m?
