Hey everyone,

I m pretty new to scripting learning the basics.

I m stuck at the moment because i can t find a way to call the money event directly from the script without the user having to click PAY.

I d appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks

Don't think so... as money() event means about literally "someone just paid me some L$". It may be easier to help if you tell what sort of functionality you're after, that you want to trigger money event for it..? ^^;

Thanks for the quick response.

The idea is a Dialog Driven multi item vendor with different prices.

If the user chooses Product A for price X, i want the script to ask the user to pay that exact amount. Kinda like when you buy something of a prim.

Ahh.

you can probably use llSetPayPrice() call to adjust the pay window for your vendor, once someone made their choice through the dialog... so it only shows single button for them to click on, rather than manually enter the price etc.

this still requires the user to manually click on object to actually pay it, but all things considered it's probably better this way, as it leaves the final decision to actually buy the item up to the customer.

Not at the moment, unless there's an easter egg in llSetPrimitiveParams() - well seems the likliest place.
