well for some reason the llRemoveInventory() does not really act on the changed event in my script.

is it normal?

This doesn't parse. It's not possible to act on events in lsl (the way it is in some other languages, where events are first-class entities).

If you mean that llRemoveInventory doesn't trigger the changed event, then according to http://lslwiki.net/lslwiki/wakka.php?wakka=changed , that's known behavior but it's not clear whether it's a bug or a deliberate decision. See also http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-304
