"Menu" with multiple URL buttons when object is touched?

I want to set up a "library" at my place which will take people to different science fiction websites. I can set up separate objects like posters linked to each site. I can do a simple loadURL script. But I would like a script that when the object is touched the blue box opens with a number of buttons with a line above each that gives the name of the site.

Can I do this? If so, how? And the simpler the script the better. I'm just learning SL scripting.
