Hello,
I need your help with a script that someone can /chat in an avatars name and the script will give the notecard to that person. Is this possible? Thank you in advance for anyone willing to help. I apreciate it.

I know there is potential for a spam. This is however bieng used on a private sim for a closed event for my clients (and theirs).
If it makes anyone feel better about, drop me the info in-world so its not open to the masses?

Use llSensor to find the key for the particular avatar, then use llGiveInventory to give them a notecard.
