Bulletin Board Script

I could have sworn there was a BBS-type script in the script archive, but now I can't seem to find it. I would like to post a bulletin board/notice service on my land so that my group(s) can leave notes/msgs for me and/or other group members. Not a threaded forum, per se, but a place where individuals can append notes to a centralized notecard (or add note cards, with a master index).

Anyone out there know if this exists? If not, anyone willing to take on this type of project?

In terms of permissioning, I would like two versions:

-- One version that is restricted to one or more identified groups I own.
-- One public version

I am too lazy to take this on myself. Lemme know what you think.

A free open source one is available at Abbott, I have it if you cannot find it there I can send to you...

It is a bulliten board that anyone can add notes too and owner can delete, etc...
