Hello all,
I'm currently building the University of Hertfordshire presence and I've come to believe that Second Life can't handle enough light sources at once to get the effect I'm trying to achieve.
As such, I've found that the location looks best at 'Noon' and 'Midnight'.
Is there a command I can use, as the estate owner, to change the fixed time of day?
I'm thinking something along the lines of an hour of Noon and an hour of midnight.
Thanks for your time.

Not that I'm aware of. I believe you have to do it manually.

That function is not script-accessible.
As Milambus said, you have to change in manually via the World->Region/Estate dialog, or the users themselves have to override it via World->Force Sun.

You could always set the sim to midnight manually, and since most people either don't touch their sun controls or force it to noon, they would see it in only one of those two states. Only problem there is if people become regulars there and only like noon, they might complain

From: Zante Zapedzki Change the time of day via script. When you're done, can I get a copy of that for RL please? I'd be clicking on it every morning when it's time for work :}
