Sit Target on a prim Attached to an AV? can it be done?

Hi there

This is a question i have.
I need to create an attachment for an Avatar, like a prim pregnant belly for example,or a genitalia and I want other AVs to be able to interact with it by "sitting" on it.
eg. In the belly example I may want an AV to touch and carress the other AV's mother's belly leaning forward (Actually this may be a full animation especially designed for this purpose). Of course this requires the carressing AV to be placed in a certain distance and rotation from the prim belly in order for the animation to look ok.

This could achieved by just playing the animations (using a HUD or just straight from the inventory), but I think the use of a "sit" locks the actors in correct positions.

I have done this with the use of poseballs, but this means that the two actors need to be placed in relation of the furniture containing the poseballs.

I want them to be placed in relation of each other and their functional prim belly. NOT a piece of furniture!. (So the interaction between them isn't limited to a certain place which contains the furniture, but EVERYWHERE!)

I havent tried this yet I just want to know if there is something like this beeing done before...

Thanks

PS: An other way to see it is attaching poseballs to an AV so other AVs can pose in relation with him/her!

It's not possible to sit on attachments.

The only way around it is for the control scripts to move the primary avatar to an approximate position but its rather hit or miss.

there's also the "2 poseball vehicle" trick. where poseball one acts like the carrier, and poseball 2 like the rider.

Additionally you can build a single rider "follower" with even lower quality results.

Sounds interesting...
Can you tell me more?... any examples or links?

I had an idea about rezzing a poseball dynamically, and make it follow the movement of the target prim...

Could you please tell me in more detail?

Thanx :)

heyas;

yeah, how are things like rideable avatars done? i saw a raptor with a saddle for sale, that could be rideable. the attachment spawns a vehicle of some kind? where can we learn more? :)

All the rideable avatars use a 2-seater vehicle hack, at least all the one's I've seen.

The mount sits in under the saddle, the rider on the saddle. One of the pair gets to "drive" and with a fair amount of tweaking you get an approximation to a rideable avatar.

The build is actually quite easy, for the vehicle scripting, try the wiki.
