I want to avoid messy pose balls on the furniture i make for my home. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good script for doing so? I know nil about scripting , so the easier the better for my poor, tired, brain :)

Search this forum for 'Easy Sit Target Positioner'.
Ignore the long coding discussion.
Here's the summary:
1. Avitars can SIT on almost anything. Their POSITION when they sit is pre-set in each object. You can write a script to change the pre-set position, or use 'easy sit target positioner.'
2. Easy Sit Target is 2 scripts that are pre-written for you.
-Drop ONE into the item that you want to sit upon when you're all done. (like a CHAIR).
-Drop the OTHER into a standard plywood cube.
-Sit on the CUBE
-Use EDIT, maneuver the CUBE so your avitar is sitting on the CHAIR in the desired position.
-Touch the Chair!
-->the scripts run and the Preset position for an avitar sitting on teh chair is defined and saved in the chair.
!! Ta-da!

I think I got this right from memory...post back if it doesn't work.
After you get it to work the first time, its very easy.

Thank you Sterling. I did find the Sit Target Positioner in the Script Library, here in forums. I copied it all over to scripts, followed the directions, and it didnt work for me. The 2 scripts didnt seem to see each other. I will get back in sometime in the next couple of days and try again :)
