Permissions Question

A friend and I need to be able to modify objects with scripts, working on these simultaneously. These will be objects I create and we'll work on the scripts together. I intend to enable full perms right from the start for both objects/scripts. Will granting my friend individual Modify Rights access enable us to do this OR do the associated objects/scripts have to be a Group Build, and, in which case, the land we're building the objects/scripts on have to be deeded to the group we've already set up. I'm a newbie when it comes to these considerations and I appreciate your feedback

I think the script itself will need to be mod/copy inside the prim to be viewable, the prim needs to be moddable, and your friend needs mod rights.
