How can I find avatar UUID, for example UUID of Governor Linden?

You need to use a name2key database, for example W-Hat's.

If the avatar you need a key for is willing to click an object you can use llDetectedKey
If you have an item created by them you can use llGetInventoryCreator Otherwise use a name2key database as suggested by AJ |
