From the LSL wiki:

"There are 4,294,967,294 possible channels (-2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647)."

Fraid not.... and putting too many listens into a script is known to cause lag in the sim so your "really long script" is going to be a very bad idea if you or anyone else plans to do anything else in the sim!

There's no way to listen to them all in a single script. Again, according to the wiki:

"A script can only have up to 64 listens open at a time (if it goes over its limit, it crashes with a "Too Many Listens" run-time error)."

Each listen has to be on one specific channel, so if there are ~4 billion channels, and each script can only listen to 64 channels at a time, you would need ~67 million scripts to listen to them all... and aside from the impracticality of making that many scripts (unless you use bots or something), I seriously doubt a single sim could handle that many. And even then, you would only be listening within a specific radius of the object containing the scripts.

There is no way to listen to all of them even using a whole boat load of "really long scripts".
