If you have allowed inventory drop of people without modify rights to Object A and someone who is not the owner drops Object B into it, does the owner of Object A now own Object B?

I'm pretty sure that an object and its contents must have the same owner. The wiki doesn't mention this detail. Why don't you experiment with a friend in some sandbox? Have your friend try to drop objects with transfer rights and without transfer rights and see what happens. Then reply here with what you find out.

The dropped object B always becomes the property of the object container A's owner. That is why you cannot drop no-transfer items into an object you do not own, even if llAllowInventoryDrop is TRUE.
