I'd like to load a web page on a prim when visitors come within a certain range of it. I would like the script to keep a list of previous viewers and only load for new visitors within a certain period of time. I've been having trouble writing the script. Any suggestions or example scripts out there?

Try to search this forum. If I remember right there was a free script at some point.
The idea of detecting who has seen the page may not be so good after all, you cannot control if the viewers are set to show WEB site or default texture. _____________________
