What is the simplest way to give a vehicle the capability of seating up to four avatars?

make sure you pay careful attention to link order, so that your passengers sit in the correct seats first. Also (assuming we're talking about a physics vehicle here) remember that you need to subtract 1 prim from your total, for each seated avatar. SO if it's a 1 seater.. 30 prims, 2 seats - 29 prims, 3 seats - 28 prims.. and so on. Maximum seating, therefore.. is 15 (if you're using 1 seat per avatar).. but then you just have a flying array of seats. (yay?)
