tracking sales and how to make coupons

Hello, I have two questions about selling objects:

1) Is there a script for automatically tracking sales? I need to keep a record of (a) buyers' names, (b) items purchased and their prices, and (c) location where the purchase was made.

2) Is there a script for generating coupons? For example, I have a store in SL and a store in the real world. I want to set up a system so that a buyer who buys products in SL can receive a discount for products purchased in the real world store (e.g. $250 Lindens = 5% discount). Is there a way to create a buyer's account to keep track of purchases, and a vendor that automatically dispenses coupons (with a secure coupon code) based on the amount of Lindens spent? Or, is there a way to pack receipts with the purchased object, and once the buyer racks up receipts for $250 Lindens, she/he can then deposit the receipts into a vendor in exchange for a coupon.

Thanks for your help!

Number 2 would probably require a specialized system setup for what you want.

As for number 1 though, the vendors I sell (including a free 3prim standard vendor) all have internal sales lists for the last few sales, and can optionally email on each sale, which includes buyers name, item sold, and cost of the item. Object emails automatically include object name and position in world.

My vendors satisfy #1 as well, they give optional IM on sale and optional email reporting of the days sales.

#2 is doable I think, but will be harder than it looks to make it unhackable.

I have seen merchants who have special prices for group members, as well as some who only sell certain products to group members. I don't know if this might be an option... Other than that, I don't think you can have a vendor to automatically accept coupons and change rates. I mean, possible? probably, but I think we are getting into the Dark Life level of scripting where inventory gets checked and items detected, items get removed...I never knew how they did that stuff, was just in awe of it. I think that it would be so involved, that the cost would be majorly prohibitive, and no telling what the customers would have to carry around as well to make it work. Didn't we have to wear special packs in Dark Life to enable all the scripting as well?
