I want to attach a button on the HUD. When you click it the gesture will change to what the button is set to.

Is this simple to achieve? How would I go about doing it?

Scripts can't change, affect or trigger gestures.

Perhaps you mean animations? I'm not sure.

hmm well I did mean animations, but the gesture also has sounds that it plays (music clip for guitar). I would have to script those too?

Would this be a hard task? So far Ive learned basic modeling and animation. My head is about to explode lol.

Playing a sound would not be difficult.. making it sync correctly with an animation can be a bit of a problem however.
