I want to put an autopilot function into my vehicle that will automatically drive it towards the spot you selected on the map (the red circle). Is there any way I can do this?

No, unfortunately, this information likely only exists on the client, and definitely cannot be accessed via LSL.

Bummer. Is there perhaps a way to enter the name of a Region and go towards that? I know that you can target specific people or objects, at least.
