I want to make a prim change its texture, but based in who touches it. Like Avatar A touches it, and prim shows texture 1, if Avatar B touches, will show texture 2..and so on.
Also, how would be the best way to manage the list of avatars and textures? Via a notecard?

You can do it several way, but it all start with the detect functions. llDetectedKey or llDetectedName. If you know all the people who will be allowed to touch the prim for the texture change, a hard coded list of names would be your best bet, if it's going to be dynamic (add names, take away names) then load the list through a notecard.
