hi all,
I have a question where i can't find the answer of in the forum or wiki. Is it possible from a script to rename a prim/object (or description) thats in the same prim/object as the script? I know i can change with a script the name of a prim/object but don't know how to address a prim thats inside the same prim as the script is. thanks  |

Unfortunately you can not manipulate the name or description of an inventory item by script.

And please remember to vote for llRenameInventory at http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-1132 something tells me they will never do this....... I'd immediately use it to revive my unlimited memory storage, and I'm sure someone else would use it for unlimited permissions gathering (granted, it'd take all limits of dance balls/chimera's) _____________________
